Position: Western Regional Sales Manager

Location: Western US

Ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum of 4-6 years outside sales experience in consumer goods, preferably in the novelty candy or CPG food/candy sector
Prior relationships and experience with Albertsons/Safeway and Cost Plus World Markets as well, as knowledge of other larger customers and distributors in the region
Experience selling every-day, seasonal and promotional products
Experience calling on all classes of trade
Previous regional sales management experience including broker management
Strong record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue projections
Proven ability to build and maintain strong effective relationships with customers, brokers and internal business partners
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods industry
Experience in sales planning and forecasting

Responsibilities and expectations:

60-80% travel including National Trade Shows and company meetings
Continually analyze and manage all controllable expenses including travel, returns and allowances
Drive sales through broker and distributor networks, as well as through direct relationships with national and regional chains.
Develop and conduct sales presentations and business reviews based on marketing programs
Complete ongoing business analytics and evaluate risks, opportunities and threats
Utilize product, category, customer and consumer data to identify opportunities to prepare selling presentations and provide recommendations
Formulate and execute regularly updated account strategies and forecast
Accurately perform necessary administrative tasks supporting account strategy
Proactively communicate to all departments as required by project
Develop, train and manage an effective broker network

PT Retail Associate, PEZ Visitor Center - Orange, CT

Associate is responsible for ensuring that the "PEZ Customer Service Experience" is consistently and constantly provided for all guests. The PEZ brand is enhanced one customer at a time and the day-to-day operation of the store is consistent with company policies and expectations. Number of hours per week vary and are based on business needs. Hours consist of rotating day shifts and weekend hours including some holidays.


Responsibilities:
• Acquire strong brand understanding and product knowledge of the entire PEZ Visitor Center.
• Advise, assist and interact with guests to enhance their experience and help with product selection.
• Provide superior guest service to enhance the brand connection, build a customer base and increase productivity of the venue.

  • Adhere to the Visitor Center policies and procedures including but not limited to serving guests, sales, merchandising/stocking, exhibit and center upkeep.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions.


Physical Demands:
• Hours/Days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business.
• Must be able to work entire shift standing and walking, ability to climb up and down stairs and be able to lift approx 25+ lbs.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving/stocking functions.

Requirements:
• Prior work experience in premium retail, service and museum environment helpful.
• Flexible work availability, including days, evenings, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)      and possible holidays.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Must have positive, eager, energetic attitude and professional presentation.
• Honesty and integrity is a must.
• Must be able to work shift standing and walking, be able to lift approx 25 +lbs. while navigating stairs.
• Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving/stocking functions.
