(*) Note: Gift cards purchased at us.pez.com are electronic gift cards which will be emailed to you once the order is processed. Gift card purchases do not apply toward the order total when calculating the shipping fee.

Due to licensing agreements we are not able to ship items from our website outside of the United States.

Orders can take up to 5 business days to process.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.  Typical delivery time once your order leaves our facility is 2-5 days.  

Orders are shipped from our factory in Connecticut using United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service or USPS Postal Service to address’s in the domestic United States only.  For other situations overnight delivery may be an option, please contact customer service at 1-877-404-8124 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm Eastern time) to discuss BEFORE placing your order.   

Orders placed by 12:00 noon eastern time can be shipped the same day via overnight delivery. There is an additional fee for overnight delivery. If you would like overnight delivery, you will need to call 1-877-404-8124 and have a customer service rep assist you with placing your order. 

Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 12pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will ship out overnight to arrive the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Overnight Delivery Rates are as follows;

At this time we will only ship to a physical address and P.O. boxes in the United States - unfortunately we cannot ship to APO's or FPO's.

We can NOT accept money orders, checks, or any similar method of payment.

*Please inspect the box before signing for it. If the box looks like it was damaged or opened in transit,  do not sign for the shipment. Refuse the shipment and contact PEZ customer service at 1-877-404-8124 Monday - Friday 9:00am- 4:00pm Eastern time. UPS will not issue credit for damage if the box is signed for.

Return Policy

PEZ.com return policy and terms of sale;

 All sales through PEZ.com are final.  If an item is damaged in transit or determined to be incorrect, the item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, otherwise there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.  Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled so please select carefully.
