PIF the Dog can be found most commonly with feet but a no foot version does exist. Feet were added to dispenser bases in Europe three years earlier than U.S. dispensers (1984 Europe / 1987 U.S.). Since PIF was a European only dispenser it was likely part of the transition between no feet & feet. (footed version pictured)
